Raw Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
This cauliflower mashed potatoes makes a perfect and healthy side dish to dollop onto your plate of fresh food.
soaked for 2 hours
dried herbs of your choice
e.g. thyme, parsley, rosemary etc.
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, for a good few minutes, until the texture is creamy and resembles mashed potatoes.
You may need to add a tablespoon of water to help with the blending process. Don’t add more than one or two, as it will end up too watery.
