Raw Vegan Wraps with Hummus
These collard wraps are jam-packed full of veggies. They are fresh, crunchy, nutritious and easy to make.

  1. Gently pat the wet leaves with a paper towel to absorb excess water.
  2. Lay the leaf face down and trim the thick stem with a sharp knife.
  3. Flip the leaf and fill with your veggies of choice. Then refer to above images for directions on how to roll.
  4. Cut them in half and serve with the hummus. Dip and enjoy!
