Refreshing Mango Mint Smoothie
This smoothie recipe is beautiful, creamy and refreshing. It has a bit of a kick from the ginger and the flavour of the mint combines perfectly with the other ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding extra water to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Add the mint just before you finish blending. (Fresh herbs are sensitive and lose their aroma when they are over-blended).
