Summer is just around the corner, but we’re definitely starting to feel it here in Brissie with 35 degree days. Summer is definitely my favourite season. I love the sun, heat, beach days, and short shorts and dresses. Nature is so clever and begins to bring out water-rich fruits like melons, oranges, peaches and mangoes to provide us with extra hydration. YUM!

As the temperature increases so does the importance to stay hydrated as we tend to sweat and lose more water. Drinking water is the first thing everyones thinks of, but my favourite way to stay hydrated is drinking fresh juice.

The wonderful combination of these hydrating ingredients give this juice a slightly tart, but more so sweet flavour, and has a kick from the ginger. And of course the mint gives it a super refreshing taste.
