We are all energy and everything in this world has its own unique vibration. This includes our bodies, and the food we eat.

Why raise your vibration?

When you eat high vibrational foods you are eating natural, whole, unprocessed foods which leads to clear thinking, more energy, increased positivity and happiness. When you live at a higher vibration you are more aligned with your souls purpose and you attract magical life experiences which help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Eat these 6 foods to raise your vibration

Eating highly nutritious, energetic foods is one of the best ways to do this. We eat food every day, so why not make it ingredients which are going to assist you in connecting with your higher self and living your best life?

The highest vibrational foods are raw fruits and vegetables because they have not been degraded and are packed full of enzymes and life force energy. Your body’s cells can communicate with the plant’s energetic messages clearly before the noise of the additives or processing have taken place.

Here is my list of high vibration, nutrient-packed and delicious foods for expanded awareness and a beautiful, functioning body.

Leafy greens

This meals kale, arugula, spinach, Swiss chard, bok choy, and mustard greens, etc. These babies are so vibrant because of the energy they soak up directly from the sun in their production of chlorophyll. Any bright or dark coloured vegetable or fruit is packed with nutrition, and good vibration.

Juice

Raw fruits and vegetables are packed full of living enzymes and nutrients and juicing them is an amazing way to raise your energy and awareness. Because most of the fibre is removed it is easy to digest and is an immediate source of energy.

Fermented food

Fermented foods are ALIVE! You can literally hear and see the bubbles popping in the jar from the living organisms. This food floods our intestinal tract with good bacteria which creates a strong immune system to help us stay healthy and raise our vibration. Raw sauerkraut, kim chi, kombuchu are some great examples.

Sprouts

Sprouts are high in enzymes and improve the digestibility and nutrition of that type of food. When you eat sprouts you are benefitting from the plant’s concentrated energy; the energy that would otherwise be spent turning itself from a seed into a full grown plant. Eat sprouts and put this energy to work expanding your consciousness. Some examples are sunflower, broccoli or kale sprouts.

Medicinal mushrooms

Dating back to Ancient Egypt, these mushrooms have been used throughout eastern culture for the promotion of good health and longevity.

All edible mushrooms boost your immune system and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits although Chaga and Reishi are especially nutritious. Chaga and Reishi both are considered a very high-vibration fungi. You can buy them fresh, drink a tea extracted from Chaga, or enjoy Reishi tincture each and every day to keep your body resonating on a higher frequency.

Berries

Fruits are full of life force energy and contain a lot of water, with the ability to act as a conductive or energy-runner. Berries vibrate at a high frequency and are a powerhouse of antioxidants and Vitamin C.

Other tips

Not only does the lack of pesticides raise the vibe of anything, but the way the food is planted, handled and cared for also plays a huge role. This is why local and organic is the best combination ever, aside from wild grown and foraged foods.

Organic-Mushroom

To lift the vibration of your food you can also practice giving thanks and blessing your food before eating it. The simple act of gratitude and infusing your positive thoughts and love in to your food raises its energetic vibration. Be present while you eat, chew, breath and feel appreciative for this energetic exchange.

Begin incorporating these foods, and other raw fresh fruits and vegetables, and raise your energy vibration to live a fuller life and reach a higher consciousness.
