A simple and delicious raw noodle salad smothered in a thick and creamy almond butter sauce that is packed full of flavour.

Curried Almond Butter Sauce
  1. Prepare the kelp noodles according to instructions.
  2. Blend all the sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. The texture should be fairly thick, but still pourable.
  3. Add the kelp noodles to a large bowl with the veggies.
  4. Pour the almond butter sauce on top and use your hands to massage it into the ingredients.
  5. Divide among four bowls and top with extra cilantro and almonds.
