This mango soup is sweet, spicy and a perfect filling recipe for the warmer months. The addition of cauliflower makes it smooth and creamy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium mango
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 juiced orange
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch chilli

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients and serve with extra cauliflower florets and cilantro (optional)
