Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 1 cucumber peel if not organic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Thumb length piece of ginger
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups filtered/spring water

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add extra water to achieve desired consistency, if necessary.
