Strawberry and Radish Salad with Green Superfood Dressing

This creamy superfood dressing will make you fall in love with actually make you LOVE your salad.

  • mixed leafy greens
  • 8 strawberries sliced
  • 8 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • 2 handfuls activated walnuts or regular walnuts soaked overnight

Green Superfood Dressing

  • 1 cup cashews soaked for 2 hrs
  • 1/2 tsp Hawaiian spirulina powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water more as needed


  • Grab your favourite salad bowls and fill them with the salad ingredients.
  • Blend the dressings ingredients until super smooth and creamy.
  • Pour over the salad, mix in, and enjoy!
  • Left over dressing will last in the fridge for 2 days.
