This spinach smoothie recipe is loaded with powerhouse ingredients like apple, banana, ginger and celery. Perfect to have for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 dates
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 red apple
- 2 leaves of kale
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 small chunk of ginger
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 1.5–2 cups of water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add extra water and blend for longer if too thick.
