Description

This spinach smoothie recipe is loaded with powerhouse ingredients like apple, banana, ginger and celery. Perfect to have for breakfast or lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 leaves of kale
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 small chunk of ginger
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • 1.52 cups of water


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add extra water and blend for longer if too thick.
