Drink this alkaline green juice to increase your vegetable intake and help your body maintain an alkaline environment for optimal health and wellbeing.

  • 2 large green cucumbers (or 4 Lebanese cucumbers)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 leaves romaine
  • 1/2 lime
  • Chunk of ginger
  • Handful mint leaves
  • Handful dill leaves
  1. Put all ingredients through a juicer.
