Apple, carrot and beetroot juice is a well known and classic combination with a powerhouse of nutrients and boasts many incredible health benefits. This juice is sweet and perfectly balanced with a lovely kick from the ginger. The nutrients in this juice will not just keep you going through the day but will also have long-term benefits on your health. For best results drink this juice on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day.

Apple // red apples have B-complex vitamins which play an important role in maintaining healthy red blood cells and a strong nervous system. They are also rich in polyphenolic compounds that help protect the body from negative effects of free radicals.

Carrot // carrots contain a number of antiseptic and antibacterial abilities that make it ideal for boosting the immune system. They are a rich source of Vitamin C, which stimulates the activity of white blood cells and is one of the most important elements in the immune system.

Beetroot // beetroot juice helps to lower blood pressure in a matter of hours. They have naturally occurring nitrates in beets, which are converted into nitric oxide in your body. Nitric oxide helps to relax and dilate your blood vessels, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure. Beetroots are also a unique source of betaine, a nutrient that helps fight inflammation, protect internal organs, improve vascular risk factors, enhance performance, and likely help prevent disease.

Ginger // ginger is rich volatile oils which  stimulate the digestive system to work properly and with ease by regulating gut contractions. It also helps to soothe and settle the gut wall, thereby easing any pain and inflammation and removing excess gas from the digestive tract. Ginger contains very potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols which help to strengthen the immune system.

    Is drinking distilled water healthy in long term?There have been many great naturalist from the past who suggested that the only cleanest water to drink is distilled water!I would like to have more information about this topic.Thank you.

      Hi Ivan, I drink distilled water every now and then. I have heard that it’s fine to drink, but I’m not sure how much is okay, or how consistently… sorry I can’t be of more help.

    Does Apple Cider Vinegar water fit in the Alkaline category?
